This Domino's Pizza delivered us cold pizza with cheesy bread that came not with marinara sauce (as we expected) but with some kind of sweet icing for cakes or cookies. Mix-ups happen, and as regular customers, we called to explain it and were immediately promised a free pizza on our next visit. Today, when we tried to claim our free pizza, we were told that they didn't have it on file and refused the free pizza - this, after being regular customers for some six years. Pathetic.
